Dutton-Lainson couplers provide a precise fit on the hitch ball with the Quick-Lock ball clamp assembly. When you hitch the ball onto the coupler, the safety lever snaps shut and cannot unlatch itself providing a secure connection. The couplers are easily and quickly unLocked by a trigger action release on the safety lever. Dutton-Lainson couplers meet all requirements of SAE J684 and VSEC V-5 standards for class 1, 2 and 3.
